Legendary Knives Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our knives and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve designed a straightforward policy to support you as a valued collector. Please review the details below:

Return Policy:

  • 14-Day Full Return: If your knife is in new, unused condition, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. No hassle, just peace of mind.

  • After 14 Days - Full Exchange: For returns after 14 days, we offer a full exchange for a knife of equal or greater value. Find a blade that better suits your needs and keep building your collection.

  • After 30 Days - Prorated Store Credit: If it’s been more than 30 days, we’ll take the knife back, evaluate its condition, and offer a store credit for a prorated amount. This allows you to explore other options with us, no matter how long you've had your knife.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 5% Cancellation Fee: Orders that are canceled after being placed are subject to a 5% fee to cover initial processing costs. We kindly ask that you make sure you’re ready to commit before completing your order to help us maintain a smooth process for everyone.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we shipped an incorrect item. For defective items, you’ll be responsible for shipping the knife back to us, and we’ll cover the cost of replacement shipping to you.

  • Shipping Best Practices: Please include all original manufacturer packaging, undamaged, along with your order details. We ask that you use a sturdy box to protect your return, as we’re unable to accept items sent back in envelopes. Attach your return label to the shipping box, not directly to the product packaging.

    How to Initiate a Return:

    • Log into your Legendary Knives account and select the order you'd like to return.
    • If you checked out as a guest or need assistance, reach out to us at returns@LegendaryKnives.com with your order number and return details.

    Please note that items returned without a Return Authorization will be sent back to you.
