Legendary Knives Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below to know what to expect when you shop with Legendary Knives.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).
Shipping Costs: Paid shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Signature Option: Most orders ship without a signature required. If you’d like to require a signature, please let us know in the comments box during checkout—especially helpful if package theft is a concern in your area.
Delivery Estimates: Free shipping typically uses the most economical service, such as UPS Surepost or USPS First Class, with delivery times of 5-7 business days. UPS Ground estimates vary by location, but please allow for potential delays.
UPS and USPS Shipping Only: We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders. Please provide a physical address, as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Please note that UPS offers photo proof of delivery for added security. However, Legendary Knives cannot replace or refund stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

International Shipping:

Before placing an international order (outside the United States), please contact us at info@LegendaryKnives.com to discuss your options. We understand international orders can be complicated due to import and export restrictions, and we want to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. Legendary Knives cannot control or predict these costs.
Liability: Legendary Knives is not liable for any losses, delays, or seizures due to customs or import regulations. Please know and understand your country’s knife import laws.
No Falsified Documents: We will not falsify customs forms. Items are accurately described and valued as per legal requirements.

Important Conditions for International Orders:

Customer pays all taxes, duties, and fees associated with their country’s import requirements.
Legendary Knives is not liable for lost, stolen, or seized items due to customs issues, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
International customers are responsible for shipping fees for returns, exchanges, and warranty work.
